Privacy at Loops

Last updated 11 October 2026 · Draft for the beta

Loops isn't open to the public yet. This page covers the waitlist today and the promises the app is built on. We'll publish the full privacy policy before the beta opens, and email anyone on the list when it changes.

The waitlist

When you join the waitlist or apply for the beta we keep:

We use these only to choose beta testers and to email you about Loops. We don't sell them, share them for advertising, or add you to a newsletter. The site has no ad trackers and loads no third-party fonts or scripts. To be removed, email hello@meetloops.com and we'll delete your entry.

What the app reads

Loops connects to the accounts you choose (Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Contacts first). Each time you connect one, it tells you in plain words what it will read and what it won't do. It reads messages and events to find what needs you, and it learns facts about the people and things in your life so it can keep each loop in context.

Our promises

Who processes your data

Where your data is stored, and how long raw messages are kept, will be set out in the full policy before the beta.
